Equipos TRT Appointed as Distributor for Chile Latin America

Terex Rough Terrain Cranes are pleased to welcome Equipos TRT as a distributor in Chile Latin America. Equipos TRT will supply the full range of Terex rugged rough terrain cranes along with offering genuine spare parts and machinery maintenance throughout the country.

“We are excited to welcome Equipos TRT in Chile to our growing distribution network,” says Ricardo Beilke Neto, Business Development Manager from Terex Rough Terrain Cranes. “The appointment aligns with our strategy to strengthen our global distribution network of Terex Rough Terrain Cranes to provide local sales, parts, service, and training support, backed up by all the expertise coming from our manufacturing facilities in Europe and the United States.”

Equipos TRT has headquarters in Santiago, capital city of Chile, with other branches located in central Antofagasta (northern Chile) and in the industrial sector of La Negra, Antofagasta, where a repair shop will soon be under construction. The company prides itself on having technical service personnel trained to the highest level to provide aftermarket support to their Chilean customers.

Terex Rough Terrain Cranes offers a complete product line, with models from 35 – 100 tonne. The new TRT line, manufactured in Italy, also comes with the latest technology including full power boom, T-Link telematics and the new TEOS control system.

Enrique Sepulveda C, Equipos TRT said, “As owners of Equipos TRT, we are very happy to be working alongside a prestigious brand like Terex Rough Terrain Cranes in Chile—one of the most important countries in Latin America. We are looking forward to representing the new and upgraded TRT models and believe this will help us gain market share for Terex in this important region. As the new distributor for Chile, we will cultivate a deep understanding of our customers’ crane operations needs and use this feedback to work alongside Terex Rough Terrain Cranes to ensure optimum results.”

Ricardo Neto, concludes, “Chile is an important country for Terex Rough Terrain Cranes, in terms of current and future potential. While we have been a leading brand in Latin America for many years, a local distribution partner will enhance our capabilities even further and serve customers better. It is imperative to have the right partner, we invest in them, they invest in us, and we grow together. Equipos TRT is a great organization, has the market know how and is focused on customer service.
