Terex Rough Terrain Cranes Names New Distributor for Kazakhstan

Terex® Rough Terrain Cranes is pleased to announce the appointment of IPC Machines as its authorised distributor in Kazakhstan. With immediate effect, IPC Machines will provide 24/7 sales and aftermarket support for the full range of Terex Rough Terrain Cranes throughout the region.

IPC Machines is a member of the CIS Equipment Group, which has successfully operated in Central Asia and other emerging markets for over 25 years. Having established IPC Machines in 2017, the company’s presence has grown to have 10 local sales offices and service outlets located throughout strategic locations in Kazakhstan.

Being one of the largest country  in the world by surface area, Kazakhstan has large reserves of a wide range of metallic ores, industrial minerals, and fuels. The country’s economy is heavily dependent on the production of minerals, with the output from Kazakhstan’s mineral and natural resources sector accounting for a major part of the value of industrial production. With numerous machines operating in this sector, cranes must be versatile and flexible. Terex Rough Terrain Cranes are instrumental for maintenance, repairs, and assembling other mining machinery. RT cranes are widely used in Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Ports, and Infrastructural projects.

At an event conducted at the Head Office of IPC in Almaty to celebrate the announcement of IPC Machines as the official distributor of Terex Rough Terrain Cranes in Kazakhstan, Ajit Nair, Head of Sales - Middle East & Asia, Terex Rough Terrain Cranes officially handed over the distributorship certificate to Ivan Khizhkov, General Director of IPC Machines.

During the ceremony, Ajit S Nair said, “As we continue to expand our product portfolio to suit specific market requirements, the support of our global distribution network is essential in providing existing and new customers with localised, after sales support. IPC Machines is a well-established equipment distributor in Kazakhstan and will enable us offer exemplary support in the region. Customers will be in the hands of experts who truly understand and can help them maximise the productivity of their job sites. We are delighted to have IPC represent our equipment in Kazakhstan.”

Ivan Khizhkov, General Director of IPC Machines at IPC Machines, added, “We are excited to add Terex Rough Terrain Cranes to our product lineup, offering our customers the best in lifting machinery, backed by the quality and innovation that Terex is globally known for. With many models of different sizes, capacities and boom lengths to choose from, all extremely easy to handle and intuitive to use, Terex Rough Terrain Cranes provide the best solutions and products for customers needing day-in-day-out lifting."
