MHL450 – Stronger than ever!

Fuchs presents the MHL450, a new timber handling machine that has been specifically designed for pulling heavy loaded trailers. With an engine power of 180 kW, the MHL450 has enormous pulling capacity, maximum efficiency, and strong engine performance, and this along with added safety features make this machine stand out in the market.

The MHL450 will support operators in working more efficiently with a maximum reach of 16 meters to ensure ease of loading, unloading, and transporting of logs. Incoming trucks and freight wagons can be unloaded swiftly, even in the second row, while logs can be placed onto a trailer, transported over longer distances then unloaded again, all with just one machine.

A dual-circuit braking system facilitates safe operation. The robust undercarriage ensures maximum stability—even at maximum reach. Our support blades are designed to provide outstanding stability and increased ground clearance when supported. In combination with pneumatic tires, the robust undercarriage also offers enormous advantages on rough terrain. The added option of underride guard protects the hydraulics and drivetrain from damage.
