Founded in 1999, DIR has more than 25 years’ experience in providing high-quality products, customer service, and solutions to meet the needs of Spanish customers. The company’s headquarters in Zaragoza are strategically located just over two hours from Madrid, Barcelona, and France, while regional locations in Asturias, Valladolid, Madrid and Malaga offers comprehensive commercial and after-sales service network across Spain.

DIR’s impressive headquarters in Zaragoza boasts of a workshop area, spare parts warehouse, head offices and exhibition area spanning over 36,000 m². This impressive footprint enables DIR to maintain a significant stock of machinery for their customers.

While bolstering Terex Ecotec's presence in the Spanish market and enhancing customer service and support across the country, the strategic appointment also enables DIR to expand its product range and complete its offering for the recycling and waste management sectors. In addition to Terex Ecotec, DIR already serves as the exclusive distributor for other leading Terex Environmental brands including U.S. based CBI equipment for wood shredding and chipping in the biomass market, Finland based ZenRobotics automated robots for sorting and separating waste, and Ireland-based Terex Recycling Systems, known for its modular and stationary recycling plants for the waste industry.
