Terex USA LLC - Genie iReceivables
In this course, you will be shown examples of the specific steps to use in TMS in order to view account, aging and transaction detail within iReceivables.

In this course, you will be shown examples of the specific steps to use in iSupport for accessing and navigating iSupport, personalizing the iSupport homepage, verifying default accounts, and updating ownership information.

eCommerce
This course will provide our Terex Dealers that use eCommerce a broad overview of the system and its features, including: login, check out, language selection, order catalog navigation, search, ordering, customer selection, and creating a delivery customer.
This course is currently available in English, French, and German, and is delivered using Adobe PDF.
eCommerce for Aftermarket Orders
This course will allow our Terex Dealers that use eCommerce for aftermarket orders to take advantage of all the benefits it’s designed to deliver, including: searching for items by Item Number or Description; using Direct Item Entry; using the parts catalog, adding, modifying, and removing items from a Shopping Cart and Shopping List; placing orders; and viewing and tracking orders, invoices, and payments.
This course is currently available in English, and is delivered using Adobe Flash.
eCommerce for Machine Orders
This course will allow our Terex Dealers that use eCommerce for machine orders to take advantage of all the benefits it’s designed to deliver, including: configuring machines, copying machine configurations, adding, modifying, and removing items from a Shopping Cart and Shopping List; placing orders; and viewing and tracking orders, invoices, and payments.
This course is currently available in English and is delivered using Adobe Flash.
eCommerce Payments
This course will allow our Terex Dealers that use eCommerce for viewing payments to take advantage of all the benefits it's designed to deliver, including: accessing the payments screen, searching for payments, and viewing payments.
This course is currently available in English, French, and German, and is delivered using Adobe PDF.
iSupplier
This course will allow our Terex Suppliers that use iSupplier to take advantage of all the benefits it's designed to deliver, including: logging into and navigating within the iSupplier Portal, recognizing the basic order information process, managing purchase orders in iSupplier, recognizing the planning and inventory information process, viewing product and forecast information, and managing iSupplier profiles online.

iSupport
In this course, you will be shown examples of the specific steps to use in iSupport for accessing and navigating iSupport, personalizing the iSupport home page, searching for Service Requests, working with Service Requests, and searching for Solutions via the Knowledge Base.
